Information for tonight's (5/27) SB game in Underwood:
"Underwood HS will have multiple construction projects occurring this summer. To help with parking for BB/SB events at Underwood HS, please have your fans park in the designated areas.
Baseball Fans: Please park in the paved parking located north of the baseball fields.
Softball Fans: Please park in the gravel parking lot located north of the softball field and part of the baseball field.
Due to the construction of a new concession stand located at the HS football field, there will be no accessible water at the baseball concession stand. Please bring your own water coolers, prefilled if needed. Water will be sold at the baseball concession stand in bottles.
This also impacts our bathrooms at both fields. We will have two porta-pots located at each field. We will also have the south door on the school building, just west of the weight room, open during events with access to bathrooms in the school building that have running water and infant changing stations for all fans to use.

EEHK will play IKMM in Kimballton. The Varsity will begin at 5 pm with JV to follow.

Spartan Schedule for the week of May 25
Yesterday (5/22) our youngest Spartans had Preschool graduation. Each student wore a cap and gown and walked in to their very own commencement. Miss Harris presented each preschooler with a diploma. Kindergarten here they come!!
Taryn Petersen ran the 400 dash at the state meet this Thursday. She finished 17th overall with all time personal best of 1:01.42.
Austin Rasmussen ran the mile today and finished 16th place with a school record time of 4:38.18 He broke the record that was set in 2018 by Evan Wilson.

We are excited for our elementary Track & Field Day, Mr. Brown and Miss Beth have been working hard organizing a fun experience for all students... and the warmth of next week will make this much more enjoyable!
Last night students in grades K-5 gave us the "Sounds of Happiness" with their spring concert. Miss Asmus did a great job with the kids and it was so fun to see them ALL sing together on "What a Wonderful World" 😊 Well done all!

Students in grades K-5 who met their semester AR goal were rewarded today with a trip to the Atlantic YMCA. Inflatables, wheelie carts, basketball; the kids had a blast!

Friday was Janitor Kevin's last day before his retirement. We honored his service with a poem, card, and a broom signed by all of the kids. Thank you for 15 years of service, Kevin. May your next adventure "sweep" you away!
Mrs. Hansen has outdone herself this year with the One School One Book - Wish Tree. She and members of the OSOB committee created a paper tree in the commons and continued to add to it throughout the weeks of OSOB. Students & staff wrote wishes to "tie" to the tree like in the book. It is truly breathtaking to see. (Thanks for all who participated and read our OSOB this year)
And if you think that's something- she'll have a Book Fair set up this week and at Tivoli! Proceeds go toward new books in the school library!!
The last elementary Friday celebration was chock full of stuff! The final OSOB answers were given, 3-5 PRIDE certificates were doled out, AR achievers were recognized and Weston, Jonathan, & Amelia got special recognition for their achievements for AR.
