ACMH will be receiving doses of the Pfizer Vaccine next week, May 17th. The FDA and CDC have now approved the Pfizer vaccine for adolescents ages 12 and older. If you would like to have your child vaccinated you can sign up for the vaccine at www.acmhhosp.org/coronavirus. Then Click on the blue ACMH COVID Vaccine Wait List, and follow the instructions to sign up any kids 12 and older. Adults can sign up as well. As soon as we know how many vaccinations are needed we will notify you to schedule a convenient time to receive the vaccine within the next two weeks. The Pfizer Vaccine is a 2 dose series scheduled 3 weeks apart. If you have questions or are unable to sign up online you can call Melanie Larsen BSN, RN Infection Preventionist 712-563-5238.
Mrs. Hansen's 4th grade class were 'da bomb' by being the one & only elementary class that had all library books returned by the deadline! They were treated with Bomb Pops!! Great Job Spartans!!!

Due to the forecast for Friday and in trying to help parents with scheduling, we have decided to postpone the elementary track and field day until Monday, May 17th. Hopefully, the weather will be more cooperative for us!! Thank you for your understanding.
Last night we had our first HS concert since Chrismas 2019. It was amazing! Great Job to our staff and students of the Exira-EHK music department!

Exira-EHK Spartan Youth Leadership Club students have been making the Exira Care Center residents' creative crafts most of the months this school year! The Grand Pals activities were led by Senior, Tyler Petersen. "Thank you goes out to Tyler for being a great role model for our Spartan Youth Leadership Club. Our students and Grand Pals enjoyed the monthly activities. We want the best wishes for Tyler's future after graduation," stated Mrs. Lisa Dreier, HS TAG Instructor.
Just a reminder: 3rd Grade Bike Rodeo is tomorrow, May 11th. The North parking lot will not be available for drop off or pick up. Bikes need to be at the elementary by 1:30. Thank you very much!

High School Track Qualifying Meet Spectator Ticket Info
All tickets must be purchased through Hometown Ticketing and purchased ahead of time. THERE WILL BE NO WALK UP TICKET SALES. Spectator phones will be scanned or tickets that have been purchased may be printed out and then scanned the time of entrance.
Don't forget to join the Exira-EHK High School Choir for their Musical "Captain Bree and Her Lady Pirates" at 7PM! You won't want to miss this fun show and see our High School students at work! Tickets are $7 and doors open up at 6:30 PM in Elk Horn! General Seating and masks are required!
