Within the past month, 8th graders have gone on a few field trips. The first was to the Lewis and Clark Interpretative Center in Sioux City, which was a stop on the Corp of Expedition. The second trip was to the Jordan House Museum in Des Moines, which was a stop on the Underground Railroad. We were able to enjoy some time at the park and a few minutes at the mall, too!

5th graders spent their day at the State Capitol. They got to meet Representative Craig Williams, have a tour including a trip to the dome, enjoy a lunch and recess at a park, and some of them even met the governor! Quite a historic day for all!

This afternoon, Miss H's 1st grade class walked down to the care center for BINGO with the residents!

Mark your calendars, Spartans! Family S.T.E.A.M. night is Wednesday, April 30th from 4-6.
